What's popping family!

Damn it, feel like I've been gone for a few weeks but it's only been 1 week! Is it me or do the days feel like they are flying by? Here we are, a couple of weeks from Thanksgiving and 30 days from Christmas, with New Year around the corner.  I hope everyone is doin' well though. I wanted to slow down the next couple of weeks to make sure that I was mentally ready for this upcoming holiday season. So this show just isn't for me. This time of year can really take the best out of the strongest people. I only say that because of all the pressure around us. Workload picks up, days get longer, the kids wanting all the new gifts and at the same time the bills are still gonna come. So when stress levels are at a high, we have to make sure that our mental health is ok to handle everything that comes our way!  So, let me ask, What do you do to make sure you are ok? Do you vent, do you meditate or do you go for a long walk? We are goin' to break down the do's and don'ts so that you won't snap. Because at the end of the day, nobody wants to go to jail.
